The principles we hire for and work by

  • Curiosity

Ask why. Learn the client's business, not only their ledger.

  • Integrity

Do what we say. Raise problems early, including our own mistakes.

  • Humility

Everyone's work gets reviewed, the founders' included.

  • Respect for all

Clients, colleagues and candidates get the same courtesy.

  • Quality of work

Reconciled, checked and documented before it leaves us.

  • Personal growth

A little better every month, at work and outside it.

We grow when our people grow, so we invest in them every month

  • Regular upskilling sessions on AI tools and new technology
  • Better ways of working: clear processes, automation and good documentation
  • Life lessons and mentoring from the co-founders
  • Review notes on your work, so you improve every week
